Character Information
Jack is an archangel Nephilim, the son of Lucifer and Kelly Kline, and he is only three years old. He was born fully formed into an adult body because his mother told him when he was in the womb that he couldn't be as vulnerable as a baby or child. She educated him on many topics when he was growing inside her so he would be ready for the cruelty of the world outside, and while that gives him knowledge, he is naive to how everything actually works. He has the mental maturity of around 18-20 years old, but the experience in the world of three.
Jack takes whatever people say as truth and also everything very literally. Subtlety or nuance are not concepts he understands well. He is honest and a terrible liar. He has been hunted since his birth by a variety of people who want to use him or kill him. Jack's instinct is to do good, but he often doesn't know what that means or how he can help others. He's been raised by the Winchesters and Castiel to care about others and to consider how to use his powers and mind for the greater good.
Jack is awkward and not very experienced talking to others or acting like a normal person. He can come off as alien and odd because of the blunt way he speaks or how he doesn't understand references from other people. He has a kind heart and takes direction well, it's choosing for himself that is usually more of a struggle. He's never had a normal life or been able to exist as his own being, so that's a lesson in progress.
Jack is young so he never learned how to control his emotions or his powers, he is still learning to do that. He lived without a soul after burning it out saving people, and despite that, he still showed emotions like grief and guilt. He accidentally struck out and killed his adoptive mother and the mother of his family, Mary Winchester. He's learned since then and tries to temper it, but it might be some time before he can truly master himself.
While Jack is a genuinely sweet individual who always tries to do his best, he is unstable and dangerous. He hates killing and tries not to, but he has blood on his hands. People are free to have their characters sense something off about him, and vampires or dark creatures may be sensitive to his holy nature right away. Others who can sense supernatural entities may be able to glean that he is a powerhouse and should be handled carefully.

Appearance & Demeanor
Jack appears to be a white male in his late teens/early 20s with light brown hair and dark blue eyes. He is of average build but on the slender side. He speaks in a calm and gentle way without much inflection and he is very honest. If he attempts to lie, it is obvious. He is sincere and naive and says what he means. He normally stands straight with good posture, not weighted down by years of experience. He smiles warmly and often waves hello to anyone he meets. He is without subterfuge and wears his heart and thoughts on his sleeve. At first glance, there appears nothing special about him. When using his powers, Jack's eyes turn a bright gold with large black pupils.
Family
Jack's mother Kelly died while giving birth to him but they maintained a relationship while he was still in the womb. He did want to give his birth father a chance at starting a relationship with him, but he already knew that Lucifer was evil and not to be trusted. It hurt him greatly to know that Lucifer really was the person he was told and that he betrayed Jack to steal his Grace.
Jack's true family is Team Winchester. Specifically Castiel is his adopted father and the father that Kelly assured him he would have after he was born. The first thing he did was look for Castiel for love and guidance. In Castiel, he has found those things and a continued gentle support that has kept him sane through their times together. They are very similar in their blunt and flat way of speaking and he's similar to how Castiel was when he first came to earth. Castiel was very demonstrative toward Jack, telling him he loved him and hugged him multiple times, which helped him feel supported and safe.
Jack's other adopted father is Sam Winchester who was kind to him from the moment he was born and showed compassion and understanding for him. Their relationship grew close and Sam guided him in learning about being a hunter and about empathy for the world. Sam bonded with Jack by talking about his own dip into darkness and that he knows what it feels like. Despite Jack killing his mother, Sam forgave him and still had great love for him. Sam felt responsible for refusing to let Jack die the first time and connecting his soul to his power, which eventually led to him burning out his soul
Dean Winchester took the longest time to warm up to him, believing that he had to be evil like Lucifer, but slowly he started to warm up. When Jack turned mortal and was slowly dying, Dean took him on a drive together and they bonded over the human things he never got to do. It was hard for Dean to get over Jack's killing of his mother, and he struggled to see him as true family. Even up to the canon point Jack is in, Dean is fine with letting him die in exchange for killing God.
Mary Winchester became an adopted mother to Jack when he went to the Apocalypse World to save her. She took him under her wing right away and treated him like family. She was gentle and guided him, and the two of them took on Michael and the angels to protect the rest of the humans there. Jack trusted and loved Mary, who always saw him in the best light. But Mary did understand that Jack was dangerous and that he was out of control without his soul. She tried to reach him and help him, but Jack struck out of her when emotionally unstable and accidentally killed her. This is without question the worst thing he ever did in his life and it haunts him to this day. He swore he would learn to control his emotions and powers and that would never happen again.
Jack also got along with Rowena Macleod who joined their team for a time. Her wisdom was greatly appreciated and she was also kind to him, showing him sympathy more than once. While Jack never got to know the rest of his angelic family, there is a part of him that truly wished he would. If Jack did not have the emotional connections to Team Free Will, he would have certainly become a corrupted individual from the other angels who tried to capture him.

Powers
This is a list of his abilities but I'll list the most important here. Jack has supernatural strength, speed, agility, durability, stamina, and advanced healing abilities. He is incredibly difficult to kill and brushes off most damage with a shrug. He has been stabbed right in the chest by an angel blade and simply took it out and healed the wound right away. He can heal others through a single touch with significant injuries (limited in game).
Jack has the ability to astral project and mentally project, so he can throw his mind and an astral projection of himself to different locations to spy or talk to others. He can speak telepathically to people or give them visions (with permission). He can force people to speak the truth (with permission). Jack also uses telekinesis to move objects with his mind and do great physical damage to other people, including crunching people and breaking bones. He can throw people around like a rag doll and toss pure energy as blasts at others. Jack can teleport anywhere he wants to go (limited in game).
Jack has energy manipulation abilities so he can absorb the power of others to use it for himself, but he can also give his own power to others to use. To absorb power it must be supernatural and used around him. He uses pyrokinesis aka Holy Fire to attack others and has been able to blow up missiles right in the air.
He is vulnerable to magical abilities, including wards, potions, and other spells. Jack has and can die but it isn't easy and who would want to hurt him, look at that cute face. He is invulnerable to guns and blades, they can get inside of him, but he can just spit them out. Jack's trusting and naive nature is by far the greatest danger to him as people can use that against him and against others.
